This old garage door opener served its purpose for probably about 30+ years which means it had none of the modern safety features today's systems include! The new door opener was installed on proper brackets and is now equipped with safety reversal sensors to prevent accidents!

We received a call about a mailbox that had rotted and fallen over. We worked with the homeowner to get out there the next day and make sure the new mailbox was secured and ready for the postman!
Basement Flooding Woes
With all the rain we had gotten recently in Wolcott, it was not surprising this old sump pump finally failed! We got out as soon as possible and replaced it with a higher quality pump to keep this basement from flooding again in the future!

What keeps carpentry fun is coming up with ideas for a customer! This job was to get their kayaks off the ground but not make it look tacky with a “cheap” pre-built metal frame, or something similar offline. A simple design while also keeping their outdoor space functional. The customer paint matched the new materials after recommended drying times for new Pressure Treated Lumber!
